Liability Notice
This notice explains the intended use of Mission and the limits that apply under mandatory Austrian consumer law. It supplements, but does not replace, the Terms of Use.
Purpose of Mission
Mission is a productivity and habit service intended to support personal planning, reflection and motivation. Statistics, completion rates, streaks, reminders, quotes and challenges are informational tools and depend on the data entered, device settings and technical availability.
No Professional or Emergency Service
Mission does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, safety or other professional advice and is not an emergency service. Important decisions must be assessed independently and, where appropriate, with a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact the competent local emergency service.
Reminders and Progress Information
Reminders, calendars, charts and challenge progress may be delayed, unavailable or incomplete because of device permissions, network conditions, time-zone changes, service interruptions or incorrect input. You remain responsible for independently checking important appointments, deadlines, medication, safety obligations and other time-critical matters.
User Content and Shared Links
You are responsible for content that you create or share and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights. Invitation and quote links can be forwarded, processed by link-preview services and viewed by unintended recipients. Do not use these functions for confidential, health-related or otherwise sensitive information.
Statutory Liability
Mission and its provider are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for personal injury, under mandatory product-liability provisions and wherever liability cannot lawfully be limited.
For damage caused by slight negligence, liability is limited, to the extent legally permissible, to a breach of a material contractual obligation and to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory warranty, digital-service and consumer rights remain unaffected. No general disclaimer on this page excludes a statutory claim.
